In this one-hour session, Lance Ceaser will present an update on how an employer can legally address a variety of off-duty issues, including social media misconduct, driving infractions, and criminal conduct.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"EN-CA\" style=\"font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Arial;\">With over 11 years\u2019 experience in management-side labour and employment law (both in private practice and in-house with a large Canadian multi-national corporation), Lance Ceaser has exceptional depth of knowledge of workplace legal issues and how to resolve them.
